1995 25 hp evinride

1995 Evinrude 25 horsepower runs good but at open throttle 30 seconds to a minute gets a little hiccup like it loses power quick and then speeds back up runs good again for 45 seconds to a minute then another little other little hiccup if I'm running at half throttle it doesn't do it what should I look at first brand new spark plugs gases from last year but I did put seafoam in it

wont be able to get model number untill next weekend pontoon is up at my cottage 90 minutes away.

Nobody has any Ideas where to start? I am dumping the old gas and putting fresh gas in. But I dont really think that is the problem. Just wondering what I should look at next. spark plugs are new. Any suggestions on what to look at next is greatly appreciated

Has the waterpump been maintained ?----Installed a new impeller ?

i did have the impeller rebuilt over the winter it actually does feel like a little cavatation when it happens.

sorry I was thinking Propeller have not dont anything to water pump It does have good steady stream coming thru the motor

How high is the transom ?---And mark the prop and see if the drive hub is slipping.--Test run with cowling off too.
