I just bought this back in Dec. for 2200.00 bucks. Motor is the 3.0L I/O. I had to replace most of the decking, stringers and whole interior. Spent 1600.00 on a nice interior, I cut all the wood, new vinyl, two colors, new carpet installed. Also spent 900.00 to replace steering cable, service lower unit, cap, rotor, plugs, wires, and water pump. Took it out this weekend runs great. How buried in this thing do you guys think i am? Was this a well liked boat?

Re: 1994 SeaRay 170 Signature

After all you have done you should have a pretty new to you boat. I paid $8,000 for my 1995 180 signature with the 4.3 lx 205hp. I bought the boat and it was in flawless condition inside and out and was used very little since brand new. 150 hrs of use. Sea ray is a good solid boat that alot of people like so i think you will be ok unless you have to keep putting money into it. I would say you are at your limit with what you have invested and what you could sell it for.
