1994 SeaDoo xp650 Worth It?????

Hi i looked at this ski today. The guy wants 850. The hull looks really good it has new battery seat fabric and looks pretty nice for year. Being that i never had a ski i really don't know what to look for. He started it up it sounded good smoked a bit at first but did go away. Said we can take to lake to test drive. Has no traler. What else should i look for?? I found several around this price but not many of them ran or were as new as this one.

Last time carbs was rebuilt?
Grey fuel lines been changed?
Fuel gauge work?
Fuel selector valve been changed?
Check cylinder compression should be near 150.
