1994 sea rayder sport jet 90 20 amp fuse

Hello,
I just took this 1994 sport jet in on trade and is having ignition issues. Replaced ignition, and is still blowing 20amp fuse that is attached In picture. I have ohmed out the started relay and is showing 2.8 ohms. Just wondering if anyone has had this problem and where to start looking before I pull the main harness apart looking for a short.

Are you starting it off it’s own wee battery or jump leads off a running engine ?

its own battery. But blowing the fuse when you turn the key in the On position.

should be pretty easy to troubleshoot the electrical system with an ohm meter.
