1994 sea doo xp 657

Hi i just bought a 2 up jet ski trailer and it came with an "added bonus."The bonus was a mint 1994 sea doo xp with a 657 i think engine. the engine is totally done and i need a new one. my question is i can get a 717 from a 95-96 or even a 780 engine but will they fit?the castings apear to be the same?

With out going into too much detail.... yes a 717 wil work but will still require some modification and new impeller.

While the 787 is a complete custom install, not cost effective. But to answer your question yes it "could" work.

hmmm, sounds like i want to stay stock then. Any good websites to find a good motor at?
