After priming the engine 5 times it will crank for about 30 to 50 seconds prior to firing up, if the boat is turned off it will immediately start back up but if it sits for 10 minutes it will take several minutes of cranking before firing up unless starter fluid is used. If I do not shut the boat off or restart it quickly it will run all day with no problems at all. I feel it is a carbuerator issue but was wondering if anyone has had this issue before and if there are any easy fixes. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
