1994 Merc 115 - Tilt/Trim Solenoid Location?

Where are the solenoids located? I looked around and can't find them. Are they behind the oil reservoir and if so, how do you get to them?

Should be on the stbd side under a plastic cover. There will be three. Up, Down, Start. If the trim unit has been replaced, there will be two plug-in relays attached somewhere instead, could be anywhere the mechanic found room for them. Listen for the clicks.
