1994 Grew Cutter XL167 16 Foot Bowrider Question

Hi All long time reader first time poster. I have a question on a 1994 Grew Cutter Bowrider XL167 made in Ontario Canada. I purchased this boat and it looks to be in amazing condition super clean, barley a scuff on the hull, original tops and the the interior is all original and in great shape too. The boat appears to be super solid with original carpet and floors that are solid with no soft spots. My questions are.... how can I inspect below the floors as there is absolutely no access and second is the hull of this boat foam filled or hollow ? Thanks in advance.
