1994 FORCE 120 HP not charging

I have a 1994 Force 120hp. I was out running this past weekend and the tach quit and the engine was not charging. Does anyone know what part would need to be replaced to correct this? I read it could be stator, trigger or regulator/rectifier. Thanks.

It is likely the rectifier.<br /><br />Resistance on the two yellow wires coming from the stator to the rectifier should be 0.6 - 1.1 ohms.
