1994 48 hp spl Evinrude tilt and trim cylinder leaking

Does anyone know how a 1994 48 hp spl Evinrude tilt and trim cylinder comes apart or have a picture from a repair manual I have a leaking seal that needs replaced.

A manual will really help you in the rebuild, well worth the 20 to 30 bucks you will pay for it. In fact, it will pay for itself many times over you will find. My scanner is on the fritz and cant seem to get a diagram for you. If you cant find one on here, try your local library. GL

Looks like it has 4 little Allen head bolts in the top of the cylinder that need to come out does the cylinder need to be run all the way out or all the way in? Do I need any special tools or will just come right apart?
