I just got this bass boat, replaced plugs, cleaned gas tank, cleaned carbs, changed filters. I ran it today and mechanic looked into carbs while sputtering and all immulsion tubes were doing the same thing, spit gas then stop for a split second coinsiding with the sputtering, we tried spraying carb cleaner in carbs during sputter and it did nothing. Tried squeezing bulb during sputter w/ no difference. Bulb is not hard during acceleration and you cant make it stay hard while squeezing. you cant squeeze it fast enough to keep up. idles fine and revs fine until your under load.Could it be tps? fuel pumps?
