1994 200HP lower motor mount replacement without pulling powerhead?

Howdy all,
At the end of last boating season I noticed my 1994 200HP 2.5L engine would appear to tilt back a bit under acceleration, I had someone else take the helm and I watched the engine while accelerating.

The top does not move back, but the lower portion of the engine pushes towards the transom, squishing the lower mounts.

I pulled the access covers and found one of the engine mount retainers cracked in two (this is not where movement was present, the mid-section portion of the mount did not move).

Can I replace the lower mounts without pulling the powerhead?

EDIT:
This fellow cut the bolts and installed new ones from the outside in. I wonder what luck I will have removing the bolts from that rusty bottom yoke though. If I pulled the lower unit could I remove the bottom yoke after cutting the bolts and heat/press bolts remains through?

If I can pull the bottom yoke out (to press whatever bolt is still remaining, assuming it is rusted in) after cutting the bolts this should work.

Please keep us posted, I have a similar situation with my 2.5 and am curious how you fix yours.

Will do.

After looking at it again today, I may pull the clip that holds the lower yoke on and see if it moves at all, the splined shaft it slips over appears quite rusty. If that moves I am fairly certain I can cut the bolts, remove the yoke, and press the bolt remains out of the yoke to make way for new ones installed from the outside in, or buy a new yoke which is available for under $50.

Earlier I found a couple Quicksilver NOS lower mounts on ebay.

That went well. Cut bolt came easily out of yoke by hand (was able to leave yoke in place). Now to wait for new mounts to arrive, in the meantime will get a couple replacement bolts. Upper mounts feel tight (no excessive play felt when bottom is wiggled). I pulled a spare mount cover (clamp) off of my parts engine.
