1994-1996 mercruiser 3.0 torque setting for rockers

hi all would any one be able to help me out I have an inboard mercruiser 140hp Mercury marine engine number is F009047 in a 1996 Bayliner Capri
I've been trying to set the valve settings but have received conflicting information.
Would anyone have a service manual for this engine or be able to provide me with the court information

Ayuh,..... Welcome Aboard,..... Why do ya need to adjust the valves,..??

The factory manuals can be found in Don'S Adults Only section found at the top of the I/O forums, or in my signature,....

serial number says 90-94 so I`d go with 3/4 more from 0 lash
