1994 140 v4 johnson cylinder location

I've got a 94 v4 140 johnson. Looking at the engine from the rear, can someone tell me the cylinder locations. You've got two plugs on the left and two on the right so I'm trying to find out which is 1,2,3,4. Once again, I'm standing at rear of the engine looking towards front of the boat.

1 and 3 stb side, 2 and 4 port side.
Stb side is right when standing at the back looking forward!!

We'll keep it simple, so no one can trip you up.... Closest to flywheel - read highest - is number 1...

Just count downward in a vertical decent - from the flywheel - will yield the remainder...2,3.4... cylinder 4 would, of course, be lowest (on a 4 cylinder motor).

Go get em.

Just to add to the agony.
If you are planning doing a carb job on that engine, note that the carbs on PORT side are feeding the cylinders (1&3) on STB side, and carbs on STB side are feeding cyl 2&4 on the PORT.
