1993 sea doo spx "hot" starting problem

I have a 93 sea doo spx and have installed a motor from sbt and removed the oil injection .The ski runs great but when you try to start it while its hot it wont start.It acts like it isn't getting any fuel.I just purchased this thing and have never run it before swapping the motor.Thanks for any help

replace all the fuel lines and rebuild the carb, also inspect the fuel selector switch,, old sea doo fuel lines deteriorate and plug up the fuel system, common problem. also look for color of plugs they should be lt brown after using them a while black is rich and white is lean, silver is death to the engine.
