I am pretty new to this list and to power boating after 50+ yrs sailing.

So I have very little idea where to go for getting power related stuff...in this case, an owner's manual for a 1993 Evinrude 150.

The PO didn't have one, nothing on eBay, Evinrude doesn't even support questions on anything over a few years old, and the one place I found a manual (it might just be a copy of a manual) is Ken Cook's site for over $30.

Question is, do I go ahead and buy the Cook offering, or is there somewhere else I should look?

Thanks for any advice or leads.

If the dealer doesn't have one and is no help then it would seem some place like eBay or Cooks is your best bet.
All kinds of manuals appear regularly on eBay yours may pop up.

Thanks for the reply. Judging by the hundreds of other responses :D there's nothing to do but pay Ken Cook $40 for the manual. Well, gotta have it. So the order has been placed.

Next up, a question about battery charge. I'll put up a new thread for that.
