1993 OMC 5.0 Starting Issue

I have a 1993 chevy 5.0 OMC engine. Will not start on own, will start with starting fluid, run fine at full throttle but will die if i push throttle to fast. Drain all gas and added new still does same thing. Does stall when idiol in wake zone for to long.

Fuel Pressure test.

Carbruator prob needs to be taken apart and cleaned
