1993 Crest 2 21' small tubes pontoon I have issues since I bought it 2.5 years ago there was little to no forward movement when just off idle I was told that the hub was slipping in the prop I bought a new hub and prop. Nothing changed changed the lower unit(21") out with a used unit. Big difference I now have low to middle rpm but still full throttle it is like it loads and unloads I tried to trim either up or down and it didn't seem to make any different I need help please.
