got a 1993 merc 150 efi trim and tilt question, motor is stuck all the way down wont come up,can hear relays clicking but trim motor itself is not spinning was working fine all day then nothing, had the power trim assembly recently changed with new rebuilt, along with trim motor new rebuilt, and two new relays, was working perfectly then all of a sudden nothing, any ideas would be appreciated
