1993 Johnson 50HP VRO2 oil system.

Can anyone tell me if this motor has the VRO2 oil system? I have yet to really get into it, but the manual mentions it may have one. If so, anyone want to give me a quick rundown of the practical use and operation?

it came from the factory with an OMS pump, which is far better than the old VRO pumps. is the oil line still attached to the oil tank? psot some pics with cover off, port side.

That was a great writeup. And if I felt like spending the money on a new oil tank, I would love to use it. But, I guess I will be plugging the oil tube with a cheap bolt and saving the 100 or so dollars.....
