1993 J15RELETB Johnson Outboard Motor Mounts

Hello everybody, my motor mounts busted on my 15hp Johnson after comparing the new ones from the old ones. The old ones have a rubber seal that goes around the outside of the mount. Iam not seeing a part# for that seal or is it some kind of sealant they put around the mount like silicone. Any input greatly appreciated.

My guess would be somebody sprayed some kind of sealer on them.

Any idea if they need sealant around them? If so what would you suggest?

I've never seen any sealer on motor mounts and that's in 50 years.
