1993 Evinrude 60hp service manual download

Hello all, I am hoping someone can send me a pdf copy of a 1993 Evinrude 60hp manual for my E60TLETD outboard. This motor came on a new to me 16' Sylvan Pro Fisherman boat that I purchased about a month ago here in Minnesota. I took it out for the first time yesterday to try it out, and it starts right up, but when I tried to speed up, it does not go more than about 10 mph. The motor does not rev way up, it just acts like I have it at low throttle even though it is throttled all the way up. I cleaned the carbs a few weeks ago, put a new starter solenoid, and starter on it, and new fuel lines. I am going to get a spark tester and a compression tester this week, but I am no mechanic, just a DIY guy trying to learn. Anyway, wondering if anyone would have a pdf manual for this engine they could send me. I would greatly appreciate it. Would like to get the boat out and take my Son fishing soon. We don't have a very long boating season here in Minnesota.
