1993 Bravo I Lower Unit Removal

Hi everybody. I have a 1993 Crownline w/ a 7.4 Bravo I. My previous boat had an alpha I unit, and I removed it every year before putting it into storage. I'm familiar with the way the Alpha one drive is removed, is the Bravo I any different? Does it have to be in fwd gear? Any help would be greatly appreciated.<br /><br />Thanks Everybody.

Tilt the drive up and disconnect the speedometer hose from the drive before you remove the drive. Then lower, remove the 6 nuts, and cylinders. Pull the drive slowly and make sure the linkage releases the cable when you pull the drive off. No need to be in forward.
