I have a force 150 in line 5 and i get absolutely no power to none of the five coils...any suggestions as to whats causing that?? Btw the boat sat for a while...thanks in advance for your help

i just got the boat..its been sitting for a while...it has a lanyard cord by the steering but behind it theres no wires connected to it...it looks like it was eliminated or something
