1992 Force 120 - where is idle adjustment screw???

Is there an idle adjustment screw on a 1992 Force 120??? Am I limited to the idle mixture screws for idle adjustment?? I can't find a separate idle adjustment anywhere and the Clymer manual doesn't show anything........ Thanks

It's located on the tower shaft. It's the screw at the left end of the yellow line at the bottom of the picture and has a nut to lock it into place.
