1992 5HP Mercury 2-Stroke MLH Outboard Help!

The trolling motor that came with my boat is having a difficult time starting, once started seems to run okay, but I want to clean the carb to see if that helped. This is my first boat and I am not familiar with trolling motor schematics. I'm hoping to get this done tonight so I can get it out on the water tomorrow but the only manuals I can find are printed copies and will arrive entirely too late. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Serial number 0A883575

the process of rebuilding the carburetor will be similar to any small engine. make sure to get an OEM carburetor kit.

I figured it out. Much simpler than I thought it would be, I definitely over-thought the process. Appreciate it though!
