Yea, you have an electrical issue.
Start checking connections.
Start with the battery. They need to be clean, tight, and the ends of the cable that attach the cable to the terminal needs to be clean and not covered with corrosion.
Wing nuts on batteries cause loose connections.. Repace them with real nuts that you have to use a wrench on.
Also check all the other connections, on the engine. INCLUDING GROUND CABLES
Defective grounds cause more problems than anything else. Mostly because everyone checks the RED cables, not understanding the black (Negative) cables are just as important.
