1992 115 Mariner - Steering bracket arm

I have a Mariner 115(1992) outboard, I am going to be installing this on my pontoon boat in the next month. I was doing a once over check on it to make sure I had everything I was going to need. I noticed the bracket that seems to hold the joint for the steering arm isn't bolted to the motor. I hope I am explaining this good enough. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it. I need to grab one prior to installing the motor. I will try to upload a picture to show a better idea of what I am talking about. Any help would be appreciated!
