Hello Im new to the boat owner thing ,just bought a 1991 23 ft pro-line center console with a 200 hp v-6 yamaha.Now got the boat home fired it up and runs great, bump the key and it starts right up,then shut the motor off turn key back on and noticed oil comming out of the little tank on the motor only happens when the motor is off and key is on ? Did some reading in this forum and checked the cap/sensor on the tank to see if it was stuck.<br />then folowed the wires that come out of the cap back to a black box,but it was not connected black tape on both ends ? took tape off and pluged it back in motor fired right up and ran,then shut it off turn key back on oil comming out of tank again? HELP.....thanks
