Good morning. This is my first post as I am a new boat owner. I purchased a 1991 Tracker Pro-V 17 bass boat and while it is not new, it's in great shape and all electronics seem to have been working well. With that said, I took it out this weekend and decided to test out the aerator. The larger live well filled nicely and worked without a hiccup. The front bait well would not fill. There are 2 PVC tubes that were inserted in the central holes. I did not remove them in fear something would either stop working or I would not be able to get them back in. Anyone have any ideas or info as to why this well would not fill or if this is "owner error". Thanks in advance.
