1991 johnson 150 fast strike

I have a 91 johnson 150 fast strike when i go to start it it will fire and almost run but then nothing replaced priming bulb but still nothing also replaced fuel ling to tanks added a fuel filter which i can see the fuel in it. any help basically won't idle

Check your compression and then your spark on an open air gap spark tester. Spark jump a 7/16" open air gap.
