1991 Chris Craft 360 Express, Help broken water pipe

Hello everyone,
We own a 1991 Chris Craft 360. We are from Germany, our boat was imported from the USA by the previous owner many years ago. Unfortunately, the water pipe is defective and we don't have a manual, which we urgently need for the water laying plan. Can someone help. Greetings from Germany, Carsten

the complete water pipe starting from the water tank and then into the bathroom and the kitchen. We don't have photos. That's why we need a laying plan from the manufacturer

Really doubt if things like that may even be documented. Might have a chance contacting Chris Craft but most just have general prints.
Hope someone can advise

If it was mine I would just plumb it like a house.
Cold Tank to pump, Tee off to Hot water tank and down port side to another Tee before Kitchen. From Tee to Bath (sink/toilet/shower

Hot from hot water tank to same places

Might also be a split for transom shower

My Formula was done this way. If I was to redo, try to pull old lines thru while pulling in new. Could also use heavy cord on to old pipes and then use the cord to pull thru new
