MY 1991 40HP EVINRUDE IS NOT PUMPING WATER AT LOW RPM, BUT DOES SO AT HIGHER RPMS, KEEPING IN MIND THAT THE MOTOR HAS VERY LOW HOURS AND IS IN FACTORY MINT CONDITION, WHAT CAN BE MY PROBLEM?
You need a new impeller, C2. It is not use that makes them fail, it is time. Not expensive, an easy job the first time and a snap after that.<br /><br />Happy boating.<br />JB
