While i'm waiting for my crank to come back from the shop, i rebuilt the rest of my carbs and began wondering about looking into the vro. The carbs were spotless and the oil side of the vro has been disconnected. I know there's a float assembly in the vapor separator, as well as misc diaphrams. Is it wise to start tearing this thing apart or bolt it back on when i'm finished rebuilding and use a fuel pressure/vacuum gauge to test it?
