1990 yamaha v4 2 stroke carb problems

i have a 1990 yamaha v4 2 stroke and the carbs are not tuned , ive found all four needels but they are not right. what are the factory settings? and which needle does what? it runs fine if im slow with trottel but even then it bogs at high speed.

Sounds like you need to pull and clean carbs and then do the link and sync procedure as listed in the Yamaha service manual
