I have '90 rude 175 that is hard to start hot or cold. It will idle for bout 10 seconds then die like you killed the ignition, the primer bulb is still hard. It will also die under any acceleration forward or reverse. Plugs looked good, have'nt done spark test but will. during startup the starter kicks out at any sign of starting, is this normal when engine rpm passes starter rpm? any help would be appreciated.
