1990 NS50C starting issues

I am somewhat ignorant regarding a replacement part for my Nissan NS50C outboard motor. I have owned this motor for almost 3 years without a minutes worth of trouble. Two weeks ago the motor did not start - I checked the big three (Air, Fuel, and Spark) discovering no spark. I traced it down to what i believe to be a relay, however there is not mention of this part number within any parts manual or repair manual . Please help... are these relays generic? is this a relay? Thanks in advance.

No relays on these aside from the starter solenoid. There was an external ESG box, and a rectifier, but that's it.
You do understand that depending on serial, you motor is 40 years old, right? Many parts are NLA.
