1990 force 90 hp

i have a 90 hp force outboard motor that when i had it winterized last year the boat place said they pulled the oil plug that water came out!! he pressure tested it and said that it needed all the lower gaskets replaced! now i dont know how many gaskets there is or if there is just one but the main thing is could it be one gasket or is there a chance that is is more then one??

It could just be the seal washer on the drain screw.

Replace the washers on the fill and vent screws, fill it up, and run it. Check the oil for water intrusion after a few hours of use.

That should tell you if it needs new seals or not.
