1990 force 50 HP trim tilt

Will a forty hp force trim tilt unit work on a fifty and or which trim tilt units will work for the 50 hp force engines. What can you do to increase hp on the motor, porting polishing carberation, any ideas?

By looking at a Force repair manual, you may able to figure out the answer to your first question. Sorry, can't help you with the HP issue.
