I have a 1900 Evinrude 120 that I just mounted on a seadrive with the 1984 1.6l I had before I was premixing my fuel and ended up burning a piston the VRO on this motor is working and I was considering using it. I have seen many post that say do not use the VRO but I have also head people say they work good and give better performance. On my 21 foot proline I have a 70 gallon tank and I worrier that the fuel separates when it sit for a while it is hard to shake up a 70 gallon tank. I took the boat out for the first time yesterday and it ran fine it was pretty rough so did not get a good ride and I still have some work to do on the boat and tune the motor better so looking for some good advice it will be at least two weeks before I can get out again.
