1990 50 hp power trim compatible

dose anyone know 1990 50hp power trim unit#0397532 , same as the 1994 50hp power trim unit#0435903,is that evinrude just reproduction this for newer model.i found this parts number from shop evinrude.com.
i have a local guy selling the 94 50hp as parts,want to make sure it is compatible or not.

Look in the "Top Secret File", there is a list of salvage yards there. Maybe one of them will have some type of conversion chart that will help you out.
