1990 120ho force king pin question

Does anybody know off hand what it takes to get to the king pin and bushings?
I bought the really cheap from Marine Engine I mean 32 buck shipped fo4 bushings and to king pins. That's free they are 60 bucks USD în Ebay.
I have the motor off and the drive off how hard is it to take out the old king pin that is all dinged out and bushings and install new ones?
Does the leg have to come off?

you should have a manual.

I believe the power head comes off

Not an easy job.
To make it easier, the head and lower unit needs to come off.
If it's ever been in salt water?? 10X harder.
Need a factory manual too.
An acetylene torch helps.
Take pics and post the procedures when done.
