1989 yahama -no fuel at carb for wr500f waverunner

Compress is 125 on both cyclinders.
This mikuni carb that is used a shop put this carb. on last winter, i have clear fuel lines so i could see no at carb. .
I checked and clean all lines - can be blown threw by mouth clear to carb, check fuel filter in tank -all good .
So I took off carb clean and reassembled. Then tested, still nothing-so i hook tank directly to carb. @ fuel pump would start- note it start and runs when i put fuel/oil mix down carb -then stops run when fuel/oil mix runs out.

Now i have taken the carb total apart. There is gas in the chamber with the needle( now) before none- still will not start/run .So- cleaned ,compress threw passage, took needles out- reassembly.

Question, i have pictures... can u tell me if the line are right to carb.?
Since i did hook them up a small shop did it ?-see pictures.
On boat carb you can blew threw upside down -air threw /right no air-
*****I know this not the same***
but is there a way to test this carb by blew threw them?

Where can i get a rebuild kit for this type carb, there is no model on it?

I know squat about these things since I just got my first one about 6 months ago and finally got fuel running to mine. Yours looks like a round diaphram mikuni and mine was a square but I found that I had my supply and return lines backwards (I bought it with them backwards because I labeled them before i tore it down) on the square pump supply is the lower one and the return was the upper. You may want to try that. Dont think it will hurt anything. I had no vacuum either until I swapped them. Please post a reply. I rebuilt mine twice, then bought a new carb at 200$ untill i figured it out. That sucked. Still not adjusted correctly but Im getting there.
