1989 volvo front engine mounts

I just purchased a 1989 19 foot teka bowrider with a AQ131/275 in it. It doesnt have any front motor mounts is this normal or not.

Of course it's normal. How do you think the engine would stay in position if it wasn't normal?
There is an adjustable pad (for alignment) on the transom shield, and a socket on the engine bellhousing. Never been a problem unless you have a rotten transom, but even with front mounts, that would be a problem.
