Went to flush out our motor and after 10-15 seconds noticed that no water was coming out the top end... this motor has not been run for quite some time and is new to us. The water light on the dash is red... did we not let it run long enough to run water thru? Fairly new to boating and outboards.. any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
