I have rebuilt the impeller pump and cleaned out the heatrisers and made sure all water passages are clean and clear and not sucking air in and still exhaust is getting too hot and burning exhaust hoses. (Engine not running hot) Never runs hot when I run it on the trailer but gets hot quick when I'm on the water. Can someone please tell me what is going on here. I would be greatfull.

Is water exiting out the exhaust when the engine is running?

How are you supplying water when running on the trailer?

Water is exiting the exhaust but it seems like not as much as before but it seems like more and more every time I fix something like cleaning out the heat risers .

I am using a water hose that is "T'ed" in to the fresh water inlet at the bottom of the boat.

The boat most likely has at least one muffler, at least oem

Have you verified the complete exhaust system?

I ran the boat briefly with the output hose off of the impeller pump and there was no water coming. Turns out I was relying completely on water pressure from the water hose. It's a brand new impeller. Did I put the pump back together and hook it up backwards?

You may have gotten the Hoses swapped, but without seeing it, that is just a guess

Could be, try swapping the hoses on the pump, see if that works

Good way to tell if hoses are installed incorrectly is with the boat in the water look for air bubbles coming from the pickup/under the boat

I was thinking on the exhaust the muffler(s) may be blocked/clogged preventing good exit flow of water

Another good check is to ensure the water supply hose from the through hull is in good condition, free of obstruction and clamps are tight
