1989 Sea Ray200 Bow Rider - Opinions?

I'm a first-time potential boat buyer considering a 1989 Sea Ray 200 Bowrider w/ a 4.3L Mercruiser. Does anyone have any opinions pro/con or known problems for this model/year? I would use it on a freshwater lake chain in Michigan for skiing, tubing, and general cruising.

Also, I think I can get it for around $5000. Is this reasonable? The boat is very clean and runs with no issues per the current owner. The trailer is clean and has hitch-enacted brakes.

Any help or guidance what to look out for is greatly appreciated.

Ohio, I have a 19' SeaRay Sorrento Bowrider. It has 4.3LX (205HP) Mercruiser power. Power is good, as is most of the boat. I suspect my boat was made on a Friday or a Monday, since I have had a problem with the floor rotting out, the keel under the ski locker rotted out and the hull cracked (front port side). I repaired all three, and had no further issues. I recommend you check the floor for softness, and push on the hull in some areas to test for firmness.
