1989 omc cobra leaking gear oil????

I have a 1989 4.3 OMC cobra that is leaking gear oil I leave the drive down when not in use and when I came home today I saw that the lower unit is leaking gear oil . Please help !!! I need to know what is leaking and what I need to do to fix it.. thank you

A leak in this area will require the upper and lower to be separated. There are some o-rings and some gaskets that will need to be replaced.
