I found out yesterday that my lower unit had some water intrusion. I pulled the lower unit and pressure tested it to find out the shift shaft bushing is the culprit... Just wondering how intensive of a procedure this is to replace the bushing / seal? I this something that requires the removal of the prop shaft or any other parts? I know it requires at least on special tool to remove the bushing....

Any insight on this would be most appreciated!

Thanks in advance...
