1989 MERC 150

MY MOTOR WILL RAISE BUT NOT LOWER, I REPLACED THE SOLENOID BUT NO RESULT. WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT?

There are 3 wires entering the motor. If you have power to the green wire when trying to lower the engine, but it won't lower, the motor is bad. If there is no power to the green, check the solenoid, tnt switch, and supportive wiring.......let us know<br />
